Texas Blue

That is the special color that the Texas sky turns right before it is about to pour. And when they say “everything’s bigger in Texas” they mean it. The thunder, lightening, rain drops and hail are really BIG in Texas.

It took these shots (they are in time sequence over 5 minutes) last week. I am posting as a preview for my mom. She is coming down on Thursday to help us with the house. We were planning some major work days – especially outside in the yard (which needs a lot of work). But, with the weather forecast it looks like we will be spending some quality time inside.
