Relaxing weekend – summer is almost over

Can you believe that it is almost Labor Day? Yikes.

Not only is Labor Day the end of summer, but it should be the end of the kitchen remodel.

We bought the appliances this weekend. Dad is bringing the cabinets and granite. All that is left to do is demolish the kitchen we have and put in the new one.

Tonight we took a nice walk after a productive weekend. Just down the street from our place is Auditorium Shores. Here are some fun shots from our stroll.
