Reading this post from the Coyote Blog: No Knead Bread Knews got me thinking. What's the recipe they are talking about? I looked it up and it is a Mark Bittman recipe. I love this guy. He is famous for his "How to Cook Everything" books.
I plan to give it a go over the weekend.

Hi! You left a sweet post on my blog days ago about my dog and I'm just checking in to say "hello."
Is there such a thing as "bad" bread?
Especially during these cold winter days...ummmmm.
Imagine my confusion-I know of Mark Bittman from "Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill" fame. Different guy. http://www.markbittner.net/
Great movie.
Bread recipe is intriguing, though. Hope you got out of Philly easier than we did!

Hello Austin Girl,
I cut the recipe from the NYTimes last fall, we've made it a few times and it's got the most wonderful crust. I have a large corningware casserole with a glass lid and it worked well.
Once our temperatures go zooming up to the nineties & hundreds however, it will be hard to turn that oven thermometer to 450ยบ, won't it!
