This one also has an amazing location and a great back yard (shown) but the house itself is pretty small. 
And this one has a lot of the things we want in it.

Wrap your brain about this.... this is the first snow French's little sister (she is 15) has EVER seen. OK NOW do you get why Texas can't handle this weather!
