The Blue Ridge Pig in the Shenandoah. A memory, from the All Pork Weekend we shared in the mountains. It was Ian's first trip with Liz and Leavy McLeaverson, true lovers of the North Carolina sauce. And, Jenny brought up Bullock's ribs. Ian was depressed that he didn't know it existed until after he moved away (good news for his waistline, bad news for his tastebuds).
