We are accepting feedback from friends and family for a few more days. Here is the layout.
There is a full wall of pantry. The cooktop is built in to the island; the micro/oven combo is built in to the third pantry. We “break ground” in about 3 weeks.

have you laid out this configuration on the floor with boards to see how it will affect your work area and traffic patterns yet? How does it "feel"? Does it give you enough room to use the sink? dishwasher? stove? oven? Do you have enough prep area?
how much space between island and walls on north side?
